The Neighborhood:
Beautiful, exclusive and secure. Probably the best part to get to know the pretty views and the joy of living in Mexico City. I personally believe that this area of ​​Polanco is the most beautiful because it has more parks. It’s full of restaurants, shops, galleries, cafes, bars, etc. At few blocks of distance you'll find the Lincoln Park, ideal for walking, and on the other side is Masaryk Avenue where shops of the major brands are.

Getting Around:
For longer distances I recommend using Uber, didi or Beat. I recommend walking Polanco. You can also ride a bike.

Other Things to Note:
**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.

*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).

*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.

We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.

Interaction with Guests:
Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy, and art! We will provide you with recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most popular neighborhoods in the city.

Additionally, we will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.

Security Deposit
For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.
