We have mosquitoes in our room all night. Don’t know how they were getting in seeing that bothered me. The most was I tipped our waiter at the restaurant five dollars and she proceeded in Spanish oh wow five pesos oh wow by pesos.. very disrespectful. If you can’t read the card reader then maybe you should keep your mouth shut. I actually wanted to pull the five dollars back and give her nothing very distasteful.

Fiesta qas clean, pleasant , maintained outdoor areas. The staff was plentiful and super friendly. Our room however was not great. Bathroom was dated. Few amenities , towels were very old. The steangest thing was the floor was very uneven and it made us feel like we had verigo. The bathroom door would not stay open , not a train smash, just annoying.

PROS: the shuttle service to/from CDMX was very convenient. The on-site restaurant looked very nice, although I didn’t eat there so I can’t review the food. The coffee bar served Starbucks, coffee, and was open early. CONS: At the hotel: The check-in process was absurdly long. Only 2 people ahead ahead of me and it was a 45 minute wait. Expedia advertised this hotel as pet friendly, and as I was travelling with my dog, this property seem to be a good fit. I booked the prime suite and paid for such. After completing my booking, I also contacted the hotel directly to ensure they saw that I had my dog with me, which they acknowledged. After the lengthy check-in, and paying $1200 pesos (approx $60USD) for the pet fee I arrived at my room - there was nothing “Prime” about it, to say the very least. I returned to the check-in desk to address this, and was told that this was the accommodation type I was assigned due to my travelling with a dog. Given that it was 1:30 AM, I was more exhausted than I was prepared to deal with this. Expedia: The following morning, I contacted Expedia to address this. The outcome was that I would receive a $25 credit for my next stay, as that’s all she was apparently authorized to provide. I asked her to please escalate my concern to someone who could properly address this, yet never heard back. Summary: I would recommend this property if the quality of the room was better. I will NEVER trust my future hotel bookings with Expedia again.

I arrived and check in was seamless. The staff, Jocelyn, at the checking desk was professional and very welcoming. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable with my room and had everything I needed for the morning shuttle. I enjoyed the buffet as all food was fresh and delicious. I love this property for its proximity to the airport, great staff, and reliable shuttle. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. The garden is lovely to relax in if time allows.
