The service and rooms were great as always. I had a slight problem with the tv in my room and they moved me to a bigger and better room immediately.when in Mexico City, I won’t stay anywhere else.

Breakfast was amazing - room cleaning staff excellent and beyond but found out the room for VIP was not open - had happy hours drinks available in evening on main floor - was told would have vouchers for the drinks to use anytime of the day - so due to timing of free bar drinks only from 7 - 9 pm only missed 5 of the evenings - 10 drinks due to other plans. Everything else amazing

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff is very friendly and smiling. The breakfast offer is exceptional. The location is quiet and close to the historic center of Mexico City, from this location it is easy to go sightseeing because it is very close to the hop on - hop off bus stop and there are good restaurants near the hotel.

We had a good time in the Galeria Plaza Reforma Hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful. Several highlights were on walking distance and a lot of nice restaurants in the street.

Someone was able to access my room someone at the front desk gave him a key to my room. Luckily, I was inside. There was no compensation for the mishap. I called three people, and no one was able to give me answers or any type of help they only offered to change my room keys. Be safe.

We stayed 4 days in this hotel and loved it!!! Great location, 2 blocks from the angel of Independence, many restaurants, walking to many highlights. Staff was extra helpful. Breakfast was delicious and a large variety of food served. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Will stay here again. Lazaro, front desk, was always providing us information and making us feel at home!
