Property is well kept and in a good location if you want to be in the south side of CDMX. The mattress and pillow could be improved, tough. The gym is very good for a hotel and the swim lane a a nice added bonus.

Check in process was a little bad. Got told check in was at 3pm and then later got told that room wasn't going to be ready until 7pm. We had to be pushy with the receptionist until they gave us the room like around 4:30. If we were not pushy they would've given it to us until 7pm
