The hotel and their restaurant are OK. There were things I didn’t like such as we weren’t allowed to check in 20 minutes early, the toiletries in the bathroom were not stocked, no Zocalo view even though that’s what we booked and an employee asked me to leave the lobby because visiting hours were over - assuming I was someone off the street and not a hotel guest. We also weren’t offered anything even though we supposedly have Expedia “VIP Access”.

A must in Mexico City

Staff was amazing - friendly and courteous. First class. Hotel beautiful, clean and conveniently located in the middle of sites, shops and restaurants. Rooftop restaurant a plus! During stay there was a huge rain storm - our room leaked and flooded. Staff immediately reassigned room and cane to mice out belongings. Highly recommend.

The hôtel is magnificent inside. Quiet, clean and with beautiful Lightning, anti is and stainef glass, it’s a work of art, Rooms very confortable and excelente pillows and bed. TV also good with lots of movies in english. We had a great time.

This is an institution in downtown Mexico City and also a great hotel :) great views from the top floor restaurant, great rooms and awesome staff. Rooms can use some tune up, doors are hard to open but minor details compared to everything else you get
Vintage elevator. You can only use it with staff help but it is still nice
