We had a great experience here and will definitely like to come back. Walking distance to many restaurants in Polanco. There are 2 convenience stores right across the street. Very safe and clean facility. We stayed in a 2 bedroom which was awesome! Cant wait to come back

There’s a “pending” charge on my credit card—supposedly held for damages or incidentals, which they promised would be refunded. However, it’s been over 20 days and the charge is still there. If they forgot to release it, that’s one thing. But when I called to ask about it, they slammed the phone down on me. No apology, no explanation—just flat-out rude. Absolutely unacceptable. I’ll never go back, and I’ll make sure others know exactly how they treat their customers.

The property is a great option to stay in Polanco, walkable to different areas. Lots of dining areas and nighlife but quite. The property is spacious and in impecable conditions, classic arquitecture and proper amenities.

This place is luxurious, with a toaster/convection oven, cookingware/dinnerware, and TWO suites each with a bathroom, closet, and electronic safe. There was laundry and a little gym with an elliptical, treadmill, and weights. The beds were super comfy. The king bed was way wider than our king at home!! The breakfast is pretty minimal -- bananas, bread, OJ, and coffee. Good thing that coffee shops/bakeries are a short walk away, as well as taquerias (including Taqueria Orinoco), a tasty seafood restaurant (Entremar — try the red-and-green fish), and even a Walmart down the street! Polanco is great, albeit a little pricy. It has a lot of trees and parks, and you can walk to the world-famous Anthropology Museum and the Zoo in Chapultepec park. We never felt unsafe, there were always people walking around at all hours. The apartment building also had a friendly security guard. They were nice enough to stow our luggage in a locked room after we checked out at noon. Note that, because Polanco is a shopping mecca, traffic in or out can be bad. It took us an hour to get to the airport by Uber, whereas, whereas it could be half an hour without traffic (like in the middle of the night). Just remember to account for that when traveling. One downside with living here is that the walls are fairly thin — you can hear people walking, taking a shower, or moving luggage, at any time of the day. The birds also get up pretty early. Remember to bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise.

Our stay at The Grand Polanco was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the hotel’s warm hospitality, and unbeatable location. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Polanco, Mexico City, this is it! One of the best things about The Grand Polanco is its prime location in one of the city’s most upscale and vibrant neighborhoods. You do get some noise from the neighborhood but being from Chicago this did not bother us. This place is truly a walker’s paradise—we barely needed transportation because everything was just steps away. Avenida Presidente Masaryk, often called the “Rodeo Drive of Mexico,” is just around the corner, offering high-end shopping. Food lovers will be in heaven! The area is packed with top-rated restaurants and cafés, making it easy to indulge in everything from authentic Mexican cuisine to international flavors. I highly recommend grabbing breakfast at Eno, a charming café with great coffee and delicious chilaquiles. For dinner, the world-famous Pujol is a must-visit for an unforgettable fine-dining experience. If you’re in the mood for something casual, Contramar serves some of the best seafood in the city. Speaking of coffee, Polanco’s café culture is fantastic. Whether you’re looking for a cozy spot to work or just a great cup of coffee, there are plenty of stylish cafes, grab some flowers for your room while out on a walk for the perfect touch! Enjoy
