We arrive just after midnight from our flight. Check-in was quick and our room was quiet and dark. Perfect for sleeping after a day of travelling.The steps to the entance to the hotel was tricky to manage with our suitcases

The front desk customer services can be improved greatly, not friendly & courteous. We booked several rooms with 3 people per suite but can only have one room card when asked. Courtesy water bottle per day was so difficult to ask. We love the hotel and would come back but please front desk customer services can be better! Thank you greatly!
