The hotel location is amazing and the staff are excellent. The only issue we had was that the lack of seating made the hotel a bit less comfortable than it might have been. There was only one chair in the room and a small "desk" that was mostly taken up by the coffee machine. Nice that they offer you coffee and free beer, but not nice that there's nowhere for two people to sit and enjoy it. There is no public or private space in the hotel to sit, except at their restaurant, where outside food is not allowed. They have a "terrace" on the roof where even a few humble plastic tables and chairs could be placed for patrons to enjoy a beverage/snack. Seems like a missed opportunity since the rooftop is just an empty space with a great view of the Torre Latinoamericana and the streets below. Otherwise a great stay. The staff were very helpful. They lent us a metrocard to use on the subway/metrobus and looked after us really well.

We definitely recommend this hotel! We had a junior suite with city view. The room we had, was spacious, but it did not have enough areas to place belongings. We used the floor as counter space. The layout was long and skinny with no drawers. Other than that, everything was great. We did not use the parking service and the restaurant.

The Hotel Bellas Artes itself was fine. The rooms were clean but narrow. The location is central, which is convenient, but traffic is heavy getting in and out, and we often asked Uber drivers to drop us off a few blocks away to save time. The problem is that many of the amenities advertised simply do not exist. There is no 24-hour airport shuttle. The restaurant is only open from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m., there is no room service, and the advertised buffet was not available. There is no rooftop terrace, no bar, and no seating. The “coffee and tea in common areas” station was empty the entire stay. The in-room “espresso machine” was only a basic coffee maker with two old pods, sugar, and tea, with no creamer. The snack bar/deli does not exist. The minibar held two warm beers, two warm sodas, and one bag of Cheetos, and since the electricity only works with the key card, the refrigerator turned off every time we left the room, so nothing stayed cold. There was also no concierge service, and when we asked about designated smoking areas, we were told smoking anywhere would result in a charge equal to one full night’s stay. On top of that, the hotel lacked basics like tissues, and when we requested an extra roll of toilet paper, the staff made it unnecessarily difficult. At checkout, they made us wait while someone inspected the room, which felt unprofessional and off-putting. We stayed here in May, and while the building itself is fine, the amenities do not match what is advertised.

An exceptional Hotel. Courteous staff. The hotel restaurant is one of a kind. The food is delicious and a great menu. I highly recommend this hotel. I will stay here in the future. I give this hotel a five star👍

Excellent stay! Very friendly staff, newly renovated hotel, great location. I would have appreciated a garrafón to refill my water bottle to avoid using plastic bottles and 2 chairs instead of just 1 in a king room. But that's nit picking. Was lovely
