Mala experiencia con las personas de recepcion. Falta de capacitacion y empatia . Desafortunadamente por una emergencia me quede en la ciudad de mexico. Realice dos reservaciones. La primera me llego El mensaje que mi tarjeta no paso. Entonces realice otra donde si me llego mi reservacion con El codigo de aprobacion. Al momento de hacer check in. No verificaron que la primer reservacion a ellos si SE Les reflejo. Desafortunadamente por su politica no me reembolsaron una noche. Y sumando a Esto no me aceptaron una visita de un familiaa y eran las 4pm. En El check in. No hicieron mencion. Mala experiencia de mi parte! Con las chicas de recepcion. En limpieza todo Bien .

The bed was big but hard. The two pillows were awful and they did not have more. You could hear all the noises from other rooms. Toilet, showers, tub water. It was an ok value for the price

The hotel It's not what it says. First it doesn't have parking that parking is far away.second I pay more than $200 hundred dollars for 1 night yes it's in downtown of Leon. But you can find hotels much cheaper. the breakfast horrible. Don’t recommend it!!

Pathetic stay

I had booked room for two nights 12 and 13 i reached hotel early and they took full day charge for early checkin i e 51 cad. I had my flight on 13 night and i left hotel around 10 pm means i stayed only 7 hours but again they charged for full day which is wrong. Either they had compensated for early checkin . But being tourist we are charged more . This should be taken in to consideration moreover no electric cattle and tea material provided
