This a great value!

Though a bit spartan and oldish, this is the best hotel value I have ever experienced, $52/night (all taxes included), for a 2-bedroom apartment steps from the World Trade Center and in a great area of the city. The owner (I assume)/manager was helpful at all times. The cleaning staff was personable and competent. The TV didn't work. They brought in a new one, and by "new," I mean "new." Again, I say: "This is the best hotel value I have ever experienced."

Un hotel muy funcional si tienes que ir a alguna convencion al wtc y muy economico, lo único que deben de cuidar mas es en las instalaciones de los cuartos, ya que en mi caso una de las dos habitaciones no tenia persianas en la ventana y entraba el sol desde temprano y detalles en el baño que se esta maltratando el techo por la humedad y no se abria bien la puerta, en cuanto al personal siempre muy atentos y apoyaron en todo momento nuestras solicitudes.

Buena atención pero no hay vigilancia

Recibimos muy buena atención del personal del hotel, Sin embargo, al llegar en la noche del lunes me asaltaron en la entrada del hotel. No hubo sistemas de alarma. Nadie salió en mi ayuda. Me robaron la lap top y el teléfono móvil. Me dejaron son poderme comunicar y si poder trabajar y me quitaron información personal valiosa.

Gut gelegenes Hotel

Das erste Zimmer war eine pure Zumutung. Hat man geduscht, überschwemmte das Badezimmer über dem Bodenablaufguss und drückte das Wasser wieder hoch...Zwei Storen-Lamellen lagen kaputt am Boden. Lampen ohne Glasbirne darin, dunkel und unangenehmer Geruch. Küche in allen Bereichen wie Kochherd, Abwaschbecken, Ablagen etc. extrem dreckig. Das Küchenfenster war kaputt und ausgehängt. Die Bettlaken zwar gereinigt, aber trotzdem gelöchert, ausgefranst und fleckig. Das selbe mit den Frottiertüchern. Ins gewechselte zweite Zimmer nur noch eine Zumutung. Kaputtes Sofa und unbenutzbares Licht. Der Service war zwar nett, aber unfähig alles wieder korrekt aufzufüllen oder richtige Reinigung zu tätigen. Kamen zu allen möglichen Zeiten, um die Reinigung zu erledigen. Es war mehr wie nur Schmutzig. Es existieren viele Fotos. Und ich bin mich als Wohnmobilfahrer auf Stellplätzen einiges gewöhnt, aber das war schon der Hammer. Jede Campingplatz-Abwasch-Station war bis jetzt sauberer wie dieses Hotel. Ich kann nur Pluspunkte geben für das nette Personal. Ich gehe nieeee wieder dort hin.

bien aunque me molestò que estuve las mismas noches solo que entre un día despuès y salía un día después y me cobraron una noche de mas. además de que en el momento en el que dije que me iba a quedar una noche más, me cambiaron de habitación, tuve que mover todo... pero lo malo que ví fue que en ese momento pusieron esa noche en rojo cuando estaba en verde (o sea que sí estaba disponible). eso se me hizo muy malo, o sea que me corabraron una noche de mas y me cambiaron de habitación. muuuuy mal. pero las condiciones de la habitación y su ubicación son inmejorables. ojalá que no fueran tan dineritos y fueran mas flexibles para que tengamos ganas de volver allí. CONCLUSIÓN... DINERISTAS, POCO FLEXIBLES

Un importante detalle que les falta

En general todo muy bien. Me parece que lo pueden y deben mejorar es el tema del sonido. Se escucha absolutamente todo. Justo arriba de nosotros se hospedaba también una pareja y era como tenerlos metidos en la habitación. Escuchábamos todo lo que decían y hacían (sí, a eso me refiero) Creo que el tener privacidad y poder estar a cómodos sin ruidos es un asunto muy importante, y en ese aspecto, aquí se quedan cortos.

Muy bien, solo hay que considerar que el espacio para estacionamiento es insuficiente y en los artículos de baño hacían falta algunos. Hay que considerar que el hotel es una construcción antigua por lo que no se puede comparar en ese sentido a un hotel nuevo, sin embargo la estadía fue confortable.

Buen hotel en general. Un poco viejo, pero limpio. El wifi muy lento. A dos cuadras del centro de convenciones del WTC. Restaurantes, taquerias, fondas y un Oxxo, todo cerca.

el hotel tiene buena ubicación, sin embargo la limpieza del cuarto practicamente inexistente, la alfombra sucia, los apagadores sucios, la ropa de cama sucia, se solicitó el cambio de la misma, en general todo sucio, mala experiencia.

Lo salva la ubicacon cerca de WTC

El hotel es viejo y con mal olor. Por las noches las habitaciones huelen a drenaje. Mal aislamiento del ruido entre habitaciones superiores e inferiores por los ventanales. Se escuchar perfectamente las conversaciones Lo unico que lo salva es la unicacion y me psrece caro
