I did have a problem with my room, the stain age of the shower was clogged, but it was died as soon as I contacted customer support. I do recommend this hotel when statin in the Santa Fe zone in Mexico

Yes. Only suggestion is to have a hair dryer for the ladies and it would be nice if you threw a couple of water bottles per stay even if at a charge. We arrived very late at night and had to go to a convenience store for the water. Everything else was great. Thanks.
