The staff was very courteous very nice and we had a decent room but I think next time I’m gonna book another room with more windows. It was a little noisy on that street but that is a very busy busy street so other than that the accommodations were very good. The place is very clean and I highly recommend it.

The room was very clean and in great condition. Unfortunately the building has terrible sound insulation. People in the hallway sounded like they were sitting next to us. There was also something metal clanging against the wall outside all night long. And the street noise (even 7 stories up) carried right through the windows / walls. We gave up on the bedroom in the middle of the night and slept in the living room. That was also a function of the bed being incredibly firm - way firmer than almost any hotel bed. The pull out couch was also fairly firm but comfortable enough.

There was no balcony view from room 101. That was disappointing. Extremely noisy at night due to the street traffic. Otherwise, the rooms were clean, comfortable and adequately maintained. The rooftop was amazing! Would stay again, but request a higher floor on the non street side of building.

I stayed at Uliv Mexico City for 4 days, and the only good thing was the location. Everything else was disappointing. The room was extremely loud — I could hear everything from outside, and even the refrigerator was noisy. The listing said the bed was a queen, but it was actually a small, uncomfortable double. There was also no daily cleaning service. Honestly, it’s hard to understand how this place has a rating of 9.

I really enjoyed my stay at Uliv. The location is great and it’s an easy walk to a bunch of popular spots, restaurants, and coffee shops. The place itself was spacious, modern, and very clean, which made it feel comfortable right away. The staff was friendly and check-in was simple. The rooftop bar ended up being one of my favorite parts with nice views and a relaxed atmosphere. I’d definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff was exceptional. The location is also exceptional. The cleanliness of the bathroom and kitchen were also very good. The beds were made well, but lacked attention to detail (pillowcase was clean but had couple of stains). Secondly, I read in reviews that the floors were not well maintained. I found this to be true. The floors were dusty. The floors should be mopped and vacuumed after each guest stay. More attention to detail is needed, but these are small, fixable issues. The roof top pictures are true. It is an underutilized space. The views and staff were amazing.

Spacious and clean room, and very hospitable staff! We had issues getting the AC going and needing soap refilled, they addressed it right away. Even followed up to make sure it was taken care of. The location is great, but it is on a street with heavy traffic and lots of honking, still quite loud even from the 7th floor. Enjoyed a comfortable stay here.

The Staff was excellent, unfortunately the location wasn’t ideal. We stayed on the 12th floor and could hear street traffic and honking constantly. There is a definite need for sound proof windows and blackout curtains. in addition, there is a construction project next door that adds to the noise. The room overall was ok, but some of the furniture was a bit dated. Finally, getting an uber in this area can be a challenge during peak traffic hours.

The are was very noisy. There was construction and we could hear the hammering all morning and midday! Then you could hear the traffic and honking since that area is very congested with traffic. Our bathroom door got stuck and wouldn’t open, I called to get maintenance to open it but they were no longer available since it was 8:30pm, really?! They told me they couldn’t help until the following morning and if I could just use the 9th and 10th floor restrooms?! I was upset, how was I suppose to shower, brush my teeth and use the restroom until the following day??? Never had I ever experienced such an issue! Only plus side was the people working there were polite. I would not recommend staying here. I will never be coming back. If you want a relaxful sleep, this is not the place for you. Also, the pillows did not smell very clean.

The room was excellent and smelling fresh when i checked in. The staff was welcoming and cordial. The Hotel, is close to restaurants and in the Condesa and Roma, neighborhoods. At nights you can enjoy the city lights in the top level terrace and bring your own drinks and food if you like. This was an excellent deal for my two day stay. Thank you!
