I never write reviews but Daniel from the front desk went above and beyond for my mother and myself. He was so super helpful. All the staff was great. The area felt safe and very beautiful. I love the roof top view. My mom had an accident while walking near by and when we got back to the hotel Daniel and Ricardo carried my mom in a chair up to her room. She was unable to walk and in a lot of pain. They didn’t think twice or have an attitude. We offered to tip and they wouldn’t accept. Throughout our stay, though Daniel was so helpful. Not mention I could communicate with him exceptionally. The text system the hotel has set up is great. I needed a hotel and it was brought to my room in minutes. I would recommend this beautiful hotel for so many reasons. I love this hotel and their staff. ❤️

This hotel was exceptional. Daniel made our stay very welcoming. The cameras and security at the front desk made us feel safe. The room was spacious. We loved the refrigerator and I want to microwave in the kitchen. We were walking distance to neighborly shopping. My mom and I were at ease because of him and the staff. While visiting Mexico City my mom had an accident and was unable to walk up the stairs. Daniel and Ricardo quickly ran to help me mom. They carried her up to her room without me asking. Their hospitality was over overwhelming. I offered to tip them and they would accept it.

Staff was amazing and made me feel quire welcome. The bulding and my room was super clean. Can be noisy at times, but gets quiter during the night so it is okay to sleep. An amazing and safe location as well.

Limpieza terrible

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Es como un departamento. El único punto malo fue la limpieza, se ve que no limpiaron bien el suelo y muebles; la taza del baño estaba puerquísima. No había botellas de agua (a veces dejan en los hoteles). Las amenidades como el gym y la terraza estuvieron bien. No tuvimos problema con el parking.
Así estaba la taza cuando llegamos y el piso de todo el depa estaba sucio.
