I never write reviews but Daniel from the front desk went above and beyond for my mother and myself. He was so super helpful. All the staff was great. The area felt safe and very beautiful. I love the roof top view. My mom had an accident while walking near by and when we got back to the hotel Daniel and Ricardo carried my mom in a chair up to her room. She was unable to walk and in a lot of pain. They didn’t think twice or have an attitude. We offered to tip and they wouldn’t accept. Throughout our stay, though Daniel was so helpful. Not mention I could communicate with him exceptionally. The text system the hotel has set up is great. I needed a hotel and it was brought to my room in minutes. I would recommend this beautiful hotel for so many reasons. I love this hotel and their staff. ❤️

The room was overall great! When I initially arrived the door code for my room didn’t work but Daniel fixed it. Once I got inside the room it did have an odor to me. I wiped everything down with my lysol wipes & sprayed & the odor didn’t bother me anymore. Otherwise the room looks just like it is advertised. Most things I wanted to do was at a walkable distance & ubers weren’t costly. The plus is that the A/C works very well however it is only in the bedroom. No problem at all with that.

The location is very convenient, very close to the Metro and many quaint cafes. The staff was very friendly. However the room could have been cleaner when we arrived. There was toothpaste in the bathroom wall and remnants of hair shaving in the shower where the shampoo and soap dispenser is at left by a former guest. I had to clean that out.

I stayed at this property in Mexico City for two nights and overall had a pleasant experience. Check-in was smooth once we got in — the initial access was a bit tricky because of a code issue, but the hosts were very responsive and resolved it quickly through the in-app messaging system, which was super user-friendly and efficient. The building itself is modern and very secure. There’s a fun game room and a well-equipped workout space, both great extras. One of the highlights is the rooftop area, which includes a barbecue setup and beautiful views of the city. Unfortunately, during our stay, the rooftop was partially blocked off (possibly due to broken glass), so we couldn’t fully enjoy it — hopefully that gets resolved soon. The only real cons for me were related to cleanliness and amenities. While the room was generally clean, I did feel that the bathroom and tabletops could have used a bit more attention. Also, the room came with only two coffee pods for the entire three-day stay, and they weren’t restocked daily. A fresh cup of coffee each morning is something I definitely missed. That said, communication with the property was excellent, and I appreciated how promptly they handled any questions or issues. With just a little more attention to detail, especially in cleanliness and replenishing basics like coffee, this would be a five-star experience.

The hotel was pretty modern with a nice terrace overlooking the city. However, housekeeping was not included. On our first night there, we were given towels that had not been properly cleaned and had stains. When we asked for new ones and more toilet paper, the hotel staff was hesitant and asked for us to take a picture of the towels and lack of toilet paper. The toilet paper was not restocked and we had to go out of our way to ask for more. When asking for more, we were always responded with a hesitant attitude. In addition, we were expected to throw our own trash away at the basement level. I would never stay here again.

Very nice, newer building. Staff were very helpful. Apartment was spacious with separate bedroom. Building, rooftop was very nice. Building was also safe and secure with parking for cars. This hotel was exceptional. Daniel made our stay very welcoming. The cameras and security at the front desk made us feel safe. The room was spacious. We loved the refrigerator and I want to microwave in the kitchen. We were walking distance to neighborly shopping. My mom and I were at ease because of him and the staff. While visiting Mexico City my mom had an accident and was unable to walk up the stairs. Daniel and Ricardo quickly ran to help me mom. They carried her up to her room without me asking. Their hospitality was over overwhelming. I offered to tip them and they would accept it.

I payed for almost a week. Not one time did the hotel check on our room nor replace any of the toiletries. A little over $600 USD dollars and service was this poor. I come to Mexico often, and this will most definitely be on my black list. Will never stay here again, highly recommend anywhere else.

This was a great place to stay. Three of us stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The room/hotel was clean and safe. They have filtered water in room which is a great perk! Many good restaurants near by and plenty of nice coffee shops. It can be a bit noisy at night due to cars/traffic, but that is to be expected when you stay in the city. It did not bother us or affect our sleep.
