The only good the about the property was the staff and I said good not excellent. As far as conditions had trouble with the toilet twice first time maintenance came in and supposedly fixed it second water over flowed all the way into the bed area, the cleaning staff had to squeegee the nasty water , I had to collect all my things walking through the nasty water , shoes got wet and it was just so nasty . They didn’t even offer to switch rooms until I asked them they told that I would have to wait around 3 hours , I said “no” and that I wanted to switch right away cause I had a party to go to , so after arguing with a few minutes they finally got me another room . Then at check out I asked if I could get a discount for all my troubles and having to pack all my things and switch to another room and again I was told NO !!!!! since I had booked thru a 3rd party . So needless to say I will never stay there again and apparently I can’t book thru travelocity cause if something goes wrong I won’t get any help

Very nice and clean hotel with great employees

My stay was excellent,very happy I choose this hotel ,everybody was so helpful ,they answer all my questions ,they guide me to the all process of knowing the city

First time in Mexico City

This hotel was exactly what I expected based on the pictures and website. The staff were extremely helpful and thoughtful. We were celebrating my father's birthday and they brought a piece of cake to his room with a little candle. I arrived particularly early and the staff did their best to accommodate me. I was truly impressed. The spa was amazing and the drinks they have there (fruit juices w a twist) are to die for.

Mexico Holiday

We attended a wedding at Hacienda los Morales. We stayed 3 nights at the W Hotel in Polanco. This is an excellent location and a great hotel. This isn't your basic hotel room. Our room was tastefully decorated with a Mexican flavor. Staff was always helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

This place is AWESOME

Location: Plaza de Reforma and shopping and wonderful restaurants are close by including AquaSal and the world Famous Quintonil which is rated #6 of the Top 50
The Hotel is just beautiful, located in one of the best parts of the city. Waling distance from great restaurants and shopping. The staff was warm, friendly and bilingual. There is a new restaurant by Jose Andres. The bar is well stocked and music is funky and plays at night so you feel welcomed as soon as you come in. I will definitely be back!
