The living/dining room features a low door height of 180 cm and an open-hearth fireplace, which is decorative only. It also includes a satellite TV with a flat screen, radio, CD-player, and DVD player. There is an exit leading to the terrace from this room. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Senseo capsules (extra capsules available). It also has a bar and a dining table. Additionally, there is a separate shower and a separate toilet on this level. The upper floor, accessible by a steep stair, has one room with two beds measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm long, and another room with a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long. The house features electric heating and underfloor heating.
