The Property is not very similar to what is advertised. Very low quality of construction. There are some places with some dinged up walls and broken blinds. Very poor presentation. There were no toiletries in the bathroom. We booked for 4 people and there were only 2 towels. There were no towel for laying on the floor. no hand soap in bathroom. When I complained to the caretaker, she said she will send someone, and an hour later stops picking up my phone call. Worst part is that how this place is overpriced and located in the worst part of wynwood, or even if it is in wynwood.

Great for a place to sleep

The place was clean and the beds were decent. Neighborhood was not the best, but close to most places. There were some people sleeping in the front in the gated area pretty much at all times. Not sure what that was about. But they weren’t an issue.
