Disliked: Cleanliness
The worst experience. The host never replied despite countless messages and emails from Vrbo. Twelve hours before our stay we had to cancel through customer service and find a new apartment. Luckily, Vrbo helped us, but the host didn’t even apologize. They canceled the reservation claiming an age issue, which was never mentioned. Never book here — we still believe it may have been a scam
