The Space:

A complimentary beach shuttle makes it easy to soak up the sun at the nearby Hallandale Beach. For your convenience, we provide complimentary beach towels and two beach chairs, ensuring you have everything you need to relax and enjoy the sun at the beach. You can also rent bikes to explore the neighborhood and discover all that Hallandale Beach has to offer at your own pace. The Beachwalk Resort is not just a destination—it's an invitation to savor the best of South Florida vacation.



Relax in the comfortable living room, complete with a sitting area and a TV for your entertainment. The sofa easily transforms into a comfortable sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space if needed.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the cozy dining area offers a welcoming space to enjoy meals with family and friends. The bedroom is a peaceful retreat, furnished with a king-size bed to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Beach service is offered by Etaru Beach Club, located in front of Lyfe Resort. Guests can enjoy complimentary beach chairs and towels.

Other Things to Note:

Please be advised that Beachwalk Resort imposes additional mandatory fees that are not included in the nightly rate displayed on this platform.

These fees are collected separately at check-in and are required to complete your reservation with the property.



Resort Fee (Daily Charge):

• Stays of 1 to 7 nights: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 8 to 14 nights: $25 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $20 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 30 nights or more: $300 per month + $10 for each additional day, plus applicable taxes



Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:

• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or

charges incurred during your stay.

• This deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.



Valet Parking (Optional):

• 1 to 7 days: $28 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes

• 8 to 10 days: $25 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes

• 11 to 19 days: $250 per stay per vehicle, plus applicable taxes

• 20 to 30 days: $295 per stay per vehicle, plus applicable taxes



Package Handling:

• $5 per package plus applicable taxes

• Packages may be collected from the package room between 9 AM - 5 PM



Complimentary: beach/pool towels and 2 beach chairs

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).
