This particular unit is located directly on Ocean Drive and within walking distance to all of South Beach. If you do bring a car, please do not park in building parking lot as the spaces are all rented out and unauthorized vehicles may be towed.

We recommend parking at the Miami Beach city parking lots a few blocks away. Rates start at $2 per hour with the max being $20 for 24 hours. Below are addresses to the closest 3:

The location is amazing: walk out the door and you’re on South Beach! We walked to the beach and dinner every night. The building is older and shows its age. If you’re looking for high-class luxury this is not the spot. That being said, the unit was as described with nice updates to the kitchen and bath. This is the perfect location for a quick family trip where you’re close to all the action!
