Location is unmatched. Quiet at night but close to everything. Beach is right there, ocean drive is right there. Staff was very nice and courteous. Rooms were clean. No bad smells like mold, stale or chemical masking scents. Complimentary breakfast in lobby was perfectly fine. They offer free towels and chairs for the beach and free bikes for bike rides which I did and recommend taking advantage of. There is a pool and lounge beds on the roof which is nice. I would go back and would recommend this property.

The room was clean and modern. However, room 203 would have been better served to not have a balcony which overlooked only an alley that a garbage truck drove into this morning and clanged dumpsters around for over 20 minutes at shortly after 7:00 a.m.. if we had wanted a wake up call we would have asked.

The room had a contemporary style which was very nice. The kitchen area was a pleasant surprise!! Beautifully done and great to have that space. We loved the location which was convenient to meet friends, go to the restaurants, and shopping. The beach is just across the street from the hotel so that was great. The rooftop pool area is also a hidden gem!! Fantastic views. They have a bartender available and nice music. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed having the free bike rental, too! Continental breakfast was decent. Would have been nice if they had real coffee creamer. I went to CVS and brought some back and shared it with the other guests. They were very happy to have it, so please consider offering it. Since the bathroom counter top is so small, it would be nice if there was a shelf or two above the toilet to store our toiletries and other personal items. Also, please provide additional seating in the room. While there was a bistro table with 2 chairs, it would have been nice to have a sofa or some other type of seating. There was one other chair but for a couple, we need at least 2 chairs or a sofa especially since there is plenty of space for it. Overall, we would definitely return!!

I noticed the floor right at check in desk seemed a bit dirty and it worried me , however our room was immaculate. We loved that the room was spacious and included a separate living area as well as kitchen . It worked out great as my husband is an early riser . We traveled with our small dog so having a fridge and microwave were very handy . The sofa is a sofabed which we didn’t use and wasn’t the most comfortable to watch TV but it was practical . It was fairly minimalist but we had everything we needed . Location down near 5th was awesome . It is a bit noisy at night . We were on a low floor on front . It was a great value we thought and I’m sure we will return ! Service was excellent., We had a very fun stay !
Directly across the street from beach and the Miami Beach sign which is a huge hit for tourists lining up for pics .

If you want to stay in South Beach, it’s perfect access to the beach, and many restaurants, or you can take a quick Uber to the better shopping areas on Collins and 16th, well appointed room, little kitchenette, the rooftop pool is really lovely, with lots of seating and lounge chairs, and they have bites you can use, a nice breakfast in the morning, and champagne from 5 to 6 in the evening, it really is a nice place to stay
