We arrived at your hotel at approximately 11:00AM knowing we would probably wait for our room to be ready but we waited till 4:00 PM checking several times for room to be ready and were told our room was not yet ready. We feel this wait is unacceptable especially since we noticed others getting their rooms right away!

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean. My only negative comments would be that the cleaning staff did not speak English so it was hard to express what I needed and the elevators sounded old and rusty was worry it would break while I was on it.
