Its a motel not a hotel very dirty old broken beds flat old pillows my toilet had old dried up urine on it had to call house keeping to clean the room soon as a arrived. And the mold smell had me coughing the whole time. Then when you call to speak to someone about these problems to see if youll be accommodated they tell you to call Travelocity because you booked through them but they are really the ones taking your money off the card so it is them who you need to speak with. The supervisor was rude telling me it was wierd that after i stayed im complaining and nothing was documented like i was lying and told me i would not receive a refund of no sort! I paid for a room with two beds only really had 1 because the other 1 was broke had my back hurting so bad when i woke up and they only serve bread and cold eggs and cereal for breakfast o and coffee and juice. I stayed at la quinta in other states and i never experienced this! It ruined my trip and they expected me to call the front desk to keep complaining all day. Everytime i called i was told to call Travelocity or wait for a supervisor (that was never available) so the 3 days passed and now i have time so here we are! This is a trashy MOTEL if thats what you are use to be my guest but i will never stay here with my baby again im surprised we didnt have bedbugs!

This property is absolutely horrible! It's old, smells, laid out poorly and the staff could care less about who walks in the door. Ownership of this hotel hasn't spent a nickel to improve it in the last 30 years.

Actually the room was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner had been running, so the room was comfortably cool when I arrived. But the airport shuttle only runs until 9 pm, and this isn't documented. A Lyft ride at about 11:30 pm was $28. I wouldn't expect an airport shuttle at 3 am, but before midnight I did. Breakfast is only served until 9 am, and the staff was busy taking away the offerings while the room was full of people still eating. If you stay more than one night, the your room is only cleaned once every third day (unless you know this and request more frequent cleaning. Nice room but the place is badly run.

Room was clean and staff courteous. Breakfast choices limited , but no bottled water available. You need to run across a busy road to get snacks and water from the gas station. Not enough people speak English and there are homeless people everywhere. The shuttle service to the port was a good value
