This property is absolutely horrible! It's old, smells, laid out poorly and the staff could care less about who walks in the door. Ownership of this hotel hasn't spent a nickel to improve it in the last 30 years.

Actually the room was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner had been running, so the room was comfortably cool when I arrived. But the airport shuttle only runs until 9 pm, and this isn't documented. A Lyft ride at about 11:30 pm was $28. I wouldn't expect an airport shuttle at 3 am, but before midnight I did. Breakfast is only served until 9 am, and the staff was busy taking away the offerings while the room was full of people still eating. If you stay more than one night, the your room is only cleaned once every third day (unless you know this and request more frequent cleaning. Nice room but the place is badly run.

Room was clean and staff courteous. Breakfast choices limited , but no bottled water available. You need to run across a busy road to get snacks and water from the gas station. Not enough people speak English and there are homeless people everywhere. The shuttle service to the port was a good value

After calling 2 days before about transportation from the airport to the hotel and the pool being open both where not true. Having the staff try to explain that because it's complementary they don't have to provide it. (Cost us $50.00 for Uber) The Travelocity site says included not complemtary.The bathroom had no water in the toilet and maintenance and management had to repair that night. We could have stayed at a better place for the same money if we didn't have the transfer to and from the airport. La Quinta and Travelocity de a better job.

Although we were promised a free shuttle from the airport (and even received an email confirming such), when we arrived at the airport and contacted the property they informed us the "shuttle was broken" and that we would have to find (and pay for) our own transport to and from the airport--NOT ACCEPTABLE!! At the very least, they vould have informed us ahead of time so we weren't blindsided. Super disappointed!!

One of the main reasons I chose this location was the shuttle to and from the airport. However, it was not clear that the shuttle did not operate after 9 PM. Our flight was delayed and it was after 9:30 when we arrived at the airport and were told there was no shuttle, should take a taxi which ended up costing $50 that I have not planned on spending.

Staff was perfect, room was less than . Tv was damaged, room phone did not work, neither did one bedside outlet/lamp. No mini fridge and ice machine was only in the main building. Bathroom was clean but in dire need of a touch up. Rust stains in the tub, on the shower wall, etc. Curtains were see through and even though we were on the top floor, from the outside looking in you could see EVERYTHING - no blinds. And the door didn't fit the frame properly, you really needed to shoulder it open and shove it closed.

First, when we got there, they informed us the pool was closed. There were nowhere on their web site or no communication about that when we booked the hotel. There were other families there complaining the same things. They offered to drive us to their sister hotel to use the pool, but this solution just did not work for us. How do they expect us to travel back and forth with wet clothes with 2 young kids. They won't transfer our reservation to their sister hotel, and if we cancel our booking and go elsewhere, we have to pay premium for last min booking. Second, when we got to our room, the floor was sticky, their bathtub is clogged and you can see gross water in the drainage, it's just not acceptable. I took a picture and showed to their staff and they basically said they would put the comment in our reservation and see what their supervisor can do. So far, did not hear anything from them. Third, there was a huge gap under the door of the room, even we were on 3rd level, whenever ppl smoke outdoor, smoke just got into our room. We had to put towel under the door to block the smell. Forth, their breakfast was not fresh, the hard boiled eggs tasted old. In conclusion, NEVER AGAIN. It's not worth it.
