The Space:

A complimentary beach shuttle ensures you can easily enjoy the sun at nearby Hallandale Beach. We provide complimentary beach towels and two beach chairs, so you can fully unwind by the shore. For those seeking adventure, bike rentals are available to explore the vibrant neighborhood and discover all that Hallandale Beach has to offer at your leisure. The master bedroom is a serene retreat, featuring a king-size bed for a restful night’s sleep, while the guest bedroom offers two full-size beds for extra comfort. Resort Fee (Daily Charge):
• Stays of 1 to 7 nights: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes
• Stays of 8 to 14 nights: $25 per day, plus applicable taxes
• Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $20 per day, plus applicable taxes
• Stays of 30 nights or more: $300 per month + $10 for each additional day, plus applicable taxes

Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:
• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or
charges incurred during your stay.
• This deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.

Valet Parking (Optional):
• 1 to 7 days: $28 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes
• 8 to 10 days: $25 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes
• 11 to 19 days: $250 per stay per vehicle, plus applicable taxes
• 20 to 30 days: $295 per stay per vehicle, plus applicable taxes

Package Handling:
• $5 per package plus applicable taxes
• Packages may be collected from the package room between 9 AM - 5 PM

Complimentary: beach/pool towels and 2 beach chairs
Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).
