The first floor boasts a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, along with a washer/dryer combo for added convenience. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, a den, and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, a large walk-in closet, and a private balcony to enjoy morning coffee with serene water views. The secondary bedroom provides comfort and privacy with a queen bed. A versatile den includes twin beds for additional sleeping space. Designed for both relaxation and convenience, Vista Mar is the ultimate home away from home.

Guest Access:

Enjoy full property access! Relax in the entire home, including the private dock and outdoor spaces. The property is situated in a secure, friendly neighborhood, ensuring a peaceful and convenient stay.



PARKING:

The property does (NOT) include designated parking. There is a small shared space directly in front of the building, available on a first-come, first-served basis, but guests may only park in front of this unit if the spot is open. Additional parking is available on the street if you are bringing a vehicle.



DOCK SPACE:

The designated dock space is 18–20 feet.
