Welcome to your Michigan City getaway! This newly renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bath cottage is perfectly located just 5 minutes from Washington Park Beach, the Zoo, the historic Lighthouse Pier, and 99 acres of stunning lakeshore.

Step outside and you’ll spot the Blue Chip Casino & Spa right from the front yard, just a short, well lit, walk over the T.C. Bridge. Directly across the street, enjoy Trail Creek Water Trail with an accessible park, kayak launch, and fishing where the big fish spawn. Local favorites like Zorn, Burn ‘Em, and Shoreline Brewery's are just a stroll away.

Inside, you’ll find a cozy, clean, and comfortable home base close to all the action; dining, downtown events, outlet shopping, marinas, boat launches, and more. Whether you’re here for the beach, entertainment, or simply to relax, this cottage puts you in the heart of it all.

Even better, the cottage is just 42 minutes to the University of Notre Dame, 30 minutes to Valparaiso University, just over an hour to Chicago, and only 14 minutes to Dunes State Park and the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore -home to world-class bird watching, endless hiking trails, the famous 3 Dune Challenge, and The Pavilion Rooftop Dining (Excellent Sunset Views atop the recently renovated park pavilion).

NOTE: This home is ready for guests to enjoy today. We'll update more pictures soon too as we're still finalizing some details. We're starting the landscaping when weather allows and have some big plans for guest enjoyment in the private patio area coming soon.
