My friends and I really enjoyed our cozy winter stay! The kitchen was large with plenty of room to cook and hang out and had all the amenities and supplies. I appreciate how many sinks and bathrooms there were so each group could have their own space. Some things to note: It's an old house so sometimes temperature control was odd (it'd feel too cold then too hot). The place is well renovated for modern comfort but there are some quirks.
The farmhouse was ideal for our family Christmas week together. We were often crowded into the kitchen together or working on a puzzle on the large dining room table. The beverage room was extremely popular, as was the hot tub. The hosts left some sweets for us and the house was decorated for Christmas everywhere you looked. They had robes for the hot tub and plenty of towels, not to mention slippers for everyone! Very attentive to details! We would definitely stay again.
Extended family stayed here for several nights and we absolutely loved this place. It worked perfectly for all of us. Plenty of space, very nice bedrooms, an abundance of bathrooms, great kitchen, and beautiful outdoor spaces and surroundings. Much attention to charm and cozy details, especially for people who like accommodations with history and charm. No kitsch here, very tasteful. Would definitely like to return sometime!
Beautiful, well-maintained farm house.Nice, clean bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms were lovely and comfortable. Great hot-tub & fire pit. We didn't think we would, but we loved the outdoor shower! The house and property are charming - we had a fantastic stay.
