Unfortunately, this property needs an entire makeover. The pictures online are NOT at all representative of the current condition of this house. Everything inside and outside is extremely outdated. The kitchen needs new cabinets and countertops, the sink faucet barely puts sufficient water out of it to clean a dish, the dishes were 6" plastic that appeared to be children's dishes from a beach house. There was NO glass ware, with the exception of a few coffee mugs...everything else was plastic.The house needs new floors throughout, in addition to a new paint job to make it worth the price point that we paid. The lighting throughout the house is very dark and needs upgraded fixtures.The house overall was not very clean and the cleaning company had to come back after the first couple of hours to re-clean the countertops in the kitchen. The exterior of the house needs a lot of attention as well. There are a number of windows with paint on them, torn screens and chipped paint or rotted window trim. The exterior sidewalks and entry ways are in need of repair and new paint. The upstairs master bedroom had a portable air conditioner that blocked one side of the bed and was extremely noisy. The upstairs bathroom is outdated and needs an upgrade. The downstairs /Basement shower and bathroom are outdated and not clean. This is basically a six bedroom house with one bathroom upstairs that is in need of an upgrade. The upstairs bedrooms are very dark and lack sufficient lighting.
