Charming studio on the 4th floor with a sleeping area featuring a fold-away bed for 2 people. The bright and spacious living room with a sofa bed for 2 people opens onto a sunny terrace, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The open, fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook comfortably, and the bathroom with shower and toilet is modern and functional. The studio has been completely renovated and offers all modern comforts. The residence is ideally located, within walking distance of shops, the tram stop, and right by the promenade and the beach – the perfect spot for a relaxing seaside holiday! There is also an additional private cellar storage space (4 m²) with two bicycle hooks and an outlet for electric bikes. Wifi: yes - parking: not included - sheets: bring your own - towels: bring your own.  
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other.
