Ingleby Manor - Gun Room

Nestled in the heart of the North York Moors National Park is the historic Ingleby Manor, a stunning house that dates back to 1540. The manor boasts four luxurious, self-contained self-catering apartments, and two cottages that offer breathtaking views of the moors. Surrounded by its gardens and grounds, it provides a naturally secluded escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Exclusively for couples, we welcome you to step inside the Gun Room, a luxurious ground-floor apartment that once housed Lord de Lisle's prized collection of guns. The apartment is now a haven for two lucky guests and is even equipped for disabled visitors. You can easily access the Gun Room from the front hall or the Tower Courtyard, where you can park your car right outside for easy unloading. The sitting and dining room boasts breathtaking views of the southwest, while the bedroom features a king or twin bed. The kitchen is fully stocked and overlooks the striking Tower Courtyard, complete with a Tuscan Arcade and garden area. The bathroom is fit for royalty, featuring a roll-top bath and a wet-room walk-in shower. And when the evening draws in, light up the log-burning stove for the ultimate cosy experience. Please also note one pet is allowed upon request.
