Beautiful House near Beach and Castle Hill

Beach house, Near Newport! Bring the whole family and pet!
Now is your chance to stay in a great four bedroom three bath home priced at a reasonable rate without missing out on the great amenities and opportunities a vacation rental has to offer. Just off the back door in the second floor is a large deck with a full patio table and chairs to seat four with great views of the house. On the first floor there is an additional patio just off of the kitchen as well.
The house has two floors. The first floor consists of a dinning room and 2 living rooms as well as a bathroom. One living room offers a pull out couch that turns into a queen size bed. On the second floor there is 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, one on suite bedroom comes with a king size bed. Bedroom 2 also has a king size bed, Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and another bedroom with 2 twin beds, with central AC . The house also has a laundry. The deck comes with space for entertainment with a gas grill and table/seats.
Guest will have access to the whole house, the large yard, the back patio (and its amenities) as well as the two car garage.
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
On the first floor there is an additional patio just off of the kitchen as well. We offer towels, linens, sheets, bath amenities and more for guests.

This was the first VRBO I've ever booked and I was very pleased with the property! The owner/hostess communication was excellent before and during our stay. Location was right around the corner from the Newport mansions, restaurants and other activities we took in. House was very clean, spacious, and well stocked for our 5-day stay. Very Nice Stay

Perfect home base for 6 of us for OCS Graduation. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Communication with Marcia was very easy. Location is very convenient. Only about 10 minutes from both downtown and Naval Station Newport. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Trip

Very nice stay with our family of 6 and dog. Host checked in upon arrival and was responsive when I reached out. The house was clean, kitchen decently stocked, plenty of room, and a good size yard (not fenced). The house is on somewhat of a busy road but it wasn’t noisy and close to shops, restaurants, and Newport. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the property!

The house was a perfect location and just a short ride to stores, restaurants and all the attractions. The house has a great outdoor deck which we loved sitting on. Maria the host was extremely attentive while we were there. There were lots amenities including beach chairs and towels. This house housed 8 adults comfortably who were here for a family wedding. I would highly recommend staying here to others

Wonderful Aquidneck Getaway

We went for the occasion of my son’s commissioning in the Navy. For anyone coming to Newport, the location was perfect and the welcoming, well maintained and superbly furnished home was exactly the right fit for our family’s needs. Marcia was a joy to work with. Perfect stay for Navy OCS graduation!

This house was very convenient for our occasion. We had six adults stay for our son's Navy Officer Candidate School graduation. The location of this home is great...easy and quick to the base and downtown Newport. The home had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean!!! Marcia was a pleasure to work with.
