Room was clean. Staff was helpfull. Only issue one card, they didn't have enough. TV remote wouldn't turn tv off, had to unplug it. Lamps-one only had one bulb & didn't have a finial to balance lampshade. Ironing board was broken. Cleaning staff should check better & report to management.

Room was not properly cleaned. The bed linen was not changed, there was hair in the bed and on the pillows from previous customers. The room was also just filthy. The chair was soiled and there was something all over the office chair at the sitting desk as well. I don’t even take a shower because the shower was dirty and moldy. Truely disappointed. You get what you pay for is not an excuse however, I will never try to save money on hotels again.

Hair all over bedding, mold in showers. Stood on a hand towel to shower the shower floor was so dirty looking. Breakfast was some of the worst I’ve had at hotels.

The chair was gross, didn't even want to put my bag on it. A/c smelt mildewy the whole time. Shower felt a little slimy. Breakfast was subpar. Bacon looked like they put it through a blender but it was free.

Motel was dirty. Brother had a room there that had a moldy odor. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Had to ask for plates, bacon was not restocked and burnt. No bagels on the buffett. Had to ask twice for refill of coffee dispensers.

Smelly room

First room 200 smelled like cigarette smoke and like if an animal had been living there. It smelled so bad, we asked to be moved. We were moved to a different room, but the front desk clerk did not report/ document the change. We received a knock on the door first thing in the morning. Uncool!

Zach at front desk was friendly and super helpful during check in. Our room’s sink was clogged, the lamp on the nightstand did not work and was dark once sink light was off. There were lots of stickers on the carpet. I did report all this to the front desk upon check out.
