The room was very comfortable and the staff working housekeeping and breakfast were very pleasant. The front desk attendant was rarely there and was not pleasant when we called down to say we had taken a Gatorade. She demanded we come down immediately to pay for items instead. Not a hint of care as if we stole it. She was not at the front desk and we waited 20 minutes. The next day we came down to Check out and she was on a personal phone call. I asked if I could check out and she said “Yeah” while staring at me blankly. She didn’t ask for my room number or end her personal call. Since I did not move, out of being caught off guard and being made very uncomfortable, she asked “Do you need a receipt or something?” Would not want rate lower as the room and other staff were great. Hopefully this is a helpful review
