The staff was friendly. No complementary breakfast. One notice I received after the non refundable reservation was made informed me that there would be a $7 per day parking charge. I don't understand the design of the bathroom sink and faucet at Holiday Inn Express...the sink is large enough but the faucet only sticks out about an inch into the sink which makes washing your hands very awkward.
