When I arrived at 8pm the agent behind the desk was on the phone getting help to reboot the computers. 2 other individuals was already waiting 1 hour. He eventually got the situation fixed. The snack machine that has pizza and burritos was out of service. The curtains in the rooms does not block out the light from outside. It does about a 90% job.
