Great location off North Loop 250 and Garfield. Conveniently located close to restaurants, coffee shop, market street grocery, crossfit, hero's gym, and a movie theater. 3 beds, 2 bath, fully furnished kitchen (w RO water system and hooked up to fridge with ice maker), living room, breakfast nook, office and wet bar with coffee machine, high speed internet, Flat Screen Roku TVs in living rooms, bedrooms and patio, ,propane grill inside cover gazebo and Pool! Smoking is fine on the large covered patio with but please not in the house. Excellent setup for professionals that commute to Midland weekly or fun for the family.

I will absolutely book again when we return to visit family! Pool was clean and maintained (my only tiny complaint was pool was freezing). Bedding was clean. There were sufficient supplies like TP, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dishes, utensils. Bedrooms and living room had tvs; we only used master. Could easily fit a family of 10-12. Our family of 6 was extremely comfortable. Safe neighborhood in an area near lots of restaurants, etc. One of the nicest VRBOs we have stayed in!

Very impressed. Super clean and very spacious. Only problem was barbecue pit. Hadn’t been cleaned and out of propane. Caused a delay in our gatherings lunch, went out and purchased more propane.

Our favorite book in Midland

We had a small get together for my daughter’s first birthday at this location. We live in Midland, but we still felt we had went on vacation with the luxury and comfort of the bnb. The property owner was very commutative, even before booking and was there to answer all the questions. The pool was the perfect size and we loved that there was a gate to better protect the littles. All in all, we were very pleased and will likely book again for future events our little family throws together. Thank you hosts!

Great little pool

The house was perfect size for a small family gathering ranging in age from 8 to 88 years old. Weather was perfect for enjoying the pool. Comfortable, cute but needs a few repairs. We had a wonderful time.

First let me say that the location was excellent. The property manager was excellent; however, I specifically booked for the pool. It was under construction and I wasn’t aware of this until the day before my arrival. After contacting the property owner and property manager they did give me a credit for one night but again with young kids and nothing to do in midland it was just disappointing.

A nice house in a convenuent and comfortabe neighborhood with great hosts!

The property was very comfortable and well maintained and well provisioned. During the process of check in there was a little bit of a hiccup but one of the hosts showed up almost immediately and took care of the problem. In the end we couldn't be happier with our overall stay I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.
