The complex also offers secure, underground parking in a private garage. Parking space big enough for 2 large cars with direct access into house from private garage.
The townhouse can be access either from the garage or the front door. Enter the modern and spacious, open plan ground floor. On this level is the large lounge/diner with open plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dryer. The lounge area is furnished with a large dining table and chairs as well as a large sofa and Smart TV. The lounge leads out onto the terrace and garden area. The terrace is furnished with sun beds, dining table and chairs and a lounge area. There is also a umbrella for shade.
