From the private garden terrace, you will have direct access to one of the two communal pools, perfect for relaxing under the Mediterranean sun ☀️. On the ground floor, the bright living-dining room opens onto the tranquil garden, ideal for family meals or moments of rest. The American kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as microwave, dishwasher, two refrigerators and coffee maker ☕. In addition, it has a toilet for greater comfort.



On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms that guarantee privacy and comfort. The master bedroom features a double bed and the second bedroom offers two single beds, both with spacious views and storage space. The rooftop, with its solarium terrace, is the perfect place to enjoy spectacular sunrises and moments of serenity 🌅.



The location is simply unbeatable: surrounded by golf courses, nature trails and close to beaches, restaurants and cities like Mijas Pueblo, Fuengirola and Marbella. It is a few kilometres from sandy and rocky beaches, supermarkets, water parks and nature areas, ideal for those who enjoy golf, hiking or cycling 🚴‍♂️. Although sports equipment is not provided, the area invites adventure and relaxation. The house has air conditioning in all rooms, heat pump heating, wifi, outdoor parking, barbecue and multiple televisions for your entertainment 📺. In addition, it has mosquito nets throughout the accommodation for your comfort.

🔹 Pets welcome upon request. A maximum of two pets per booking is allowed, with an additional supplement for each pet not included in the booking. 🐾

🔹 Security system with alarm (disconnected during guest's stay).

🔹 Parties and noise are not permitted during rest hours.

🔹 It is recommended to take out travel insurance in case of water restrictions decreed by the authorities.
