This bright and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom second-floor apartment has been completely renovated and is situated within the popular Antares complex, surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens.



The apartment is spacious and sunny, with a private terrace offering panoramic views across the surrounding area and towards the Mediterranean. There are also additional smaller terraces accessible from the kitchen and second bedroom, providing plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the Costa del Sol sunshine.



The apartment features a brand-new fully equipped kitchen and two newly renovated bathrooms, both fitted with modern showers.



For year-round comfort, air conditioning and heating are provided throughout. Guests can also enjoy Wi-Fi and Internet TV channels during their stay.



The popular Antares complex is set within beautifully maintained tropical gardens, with a large free-form swimming pool forming the centerpiece of the development.



There is also a local bar just around the corner, while shops, restaurants, the beach and other amenities are approximately a 15-minute walk away.

As with all our holiday homes, this is a NON-SMOKING property.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings.



Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).



Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
