Brand new tastefully decorated three bedrooms/ two bathrooms apartment located on elevated ground floor in residential complex Cala Serena that offers luxurious amenities onsite: lovely outdoor swimming pool area with jacuzzi and chill out zone, SPA center with heated pool, sauna, fitness center.
Spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen with access to the covered terrace.
BEDROOMS: Master en-suite bedroom with double bed and access to the terrace.
Second bedroom has double bed. Third bedroom with two single beds that also can be converted to super king size bed. Both bedrooms sharing one adjacent bathroom.
AMENITIES: 50’ LG TV, smart box that offers a vast of array of channels, movies and sport ( UK& Sky). High-speed Wi-Fi. Air Conditioning and forced air ventilation throughout the house. Air ventilation runs 24/7.
SAFETY: Alarm system, safe, electric shutters and parking space in the garage with lift.
IMPORTANT NOTE! the lounge and main bedroom are facing busy road so noise at the terrace is obvious. However all the windows in the apartment are soundproofing for the best noise reduction. There is a slight noise in the master bedroom when windows&electric shutters are closed. Other two bedrooms facing quiet side of the residence.
