This modern townhouse offers the perfect family getaway, which sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 comfortably furnished bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a superking size bed. It has access to a small, furnished balcony and an ensuite bathroom with its own shower. There is a kingsize bed in the second bedroom and the third is furnished with 2 single beds, ensuring comfortable and flexible sleeping arrangements. Each bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe and room darkening blinds. As well as the ensuite bathroom there is a larger family bathroom with a bath and shower combo, while downstairs is serviced with a smaller toilet. Air conditioning is available throughout the house to keep cool in the summer and floor heating adds extra comfort during cooler months.



The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for the perfect self-catered stay, including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machine. There’s even a breakfast bar and stools where you can indulge in a light snack or coffee. The living room and dining area is thoughtfully laid out. The dining table can seat up to 4 people and the large sofa is very accommodating if you want to spend the evening watching a movie. The smart TV has access to all of your favourite streaming platforms so you can login to your account. There is wifi throughout. The space is filled with bright natural light through large, sliding doors which lead out to the property’s private terrace.



The fully furnished terrace and garden offer the perfect space for relaxing with a cool drink and a spot of light al fresco dining. Several comfortable chairs and a sofa provide an excellent space to chill out. There are several sun loungers for soaking up the Mediterranean sun. The private garden is fully fenced for privacy, with lots of space for children to play in.



Inside the community itself there is a large outdoor communal pool with accompanying life guard that is open seasonally. Take a refreshing dip or soak up the sun poolside on one of the loungers. The community club house offers a comfortable hangout spot with a pool table and television, plenty of sofas to relax on and even a co-working space. The community spa is complete with sauna and hammam for the ultimate relaxation experience. There's also a hot tub that can be booked in advance.

The bus stop is 700 m away with regular departures in the direction of Marbella or Fuengirola. The Fuengirola station is classified disabled-friendly, it is an underground station, so steps or an elevator are needed to reach platform level. From here you can catch the train to Malaga which takes 48 minutes via Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Malaga Airport. The Cercanias train conveniently connects with the main line trains in Malaga Maria Zambrano station for high-speed trains to Madrid, Cordoba, Sevilla, and other parts of Spain.
