Terrazas de Calamijas - Dúplex in La Cala
This duplex located in a gated community in La Cala, on the second line of golf, is the ideal property to spend your vacation or to spend a few months in total comfort.
It is a duplex attached to which access is gained through a porch. Inside the dwelling, there is a living-dining room with a sofa bed, an independent kitchen, and a bathroom.
On the upper floor, very bright all day long, is the main bedroom with a terrace offering partial views of the sea, the mountain, and the La Noria golf course, and an ensuite bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub. We also find the secondary bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
The urbanization has two well-maintained swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, as well as a padel court with night lights. (Please check the pool opening months before booking, as they are not open all year round).
The property has a private outdoor parking space, but within a gated community monitored by cameras and security guards.
The urbanization has a privileged location, just 3 minutes walking from Lidl, and crossing the bridge, 10 minutes walking from La Butibamba beach. It is close to everything but you can greatly enjoy the sounds of nature and tranquility.
