Clean and friendly staff, and close to public transportation, but low on amenities. TV lacked basic broadcast channels, no communal living room, no communal (or private) refrigerator. It is not a small hotel but also is not what I expect from a B&B. Also, not clear that breakfast was additional charge.

It’s not really a hotel. The building is old and a lot of things could use a brush up. There was a weird incense smell when we came - maybe to cover something else - and it was warm and humid in the room. The AC didn’t work very well and had streaks of water running down from it which didn’t help the vibe and we spent a bad, hot night with very little sleep there. Towels and sheets were clean but obviously used for a longer period of time. It wasn’t exactly dirty but not as clean as you’d expect. Like if a bachelor was in charge of the cleaning, and didn’t really care. If it’s cool and you’re not too concerned with having the crispiest clean room, it’s maybe fine, and it’s pretty easy to get to the center of the city. But not worth the money in our case.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience ever. At first the room smelled strongly of perfume - which now makes sense, because as soon as it faded the whole place reeked of mold. Both the bedroom and bathroom were visibly full of black mold - my eyes were burning and itching even with the windows wide open. This is not just unpleasant, it’s a serious health hazard. On top of that, they charged €40 per night for my two medium-sized dogs -more than a second guest would have cost and more than I ever paid, even in 5-star hotels, despite this being just a shabby B&B. At check-in (after making me wait forever) the woman, who spoke no English, first ‘inspected’ my dogs in the car and then, via translator, told me three times that the dogs must be quiet, not get on the bed, and that there are cameras everywhere. If you are not truly dog-friendly, don’t advertise yourself as dog-friendly! I had clearly stated during booking that I was traveling with dogs. Even Expedia told me they couldn’t solve the issue because the hotel refused to cooperate. To make matters worse, the shower only had cold water, the walls were so thin I could hear everything from the neighbors, and I skipped breakfast because the mold smell was unbearable. Totally unacceptable – avoid at all costs. And by the way: dog hair is not nearly as health-threatening as black mold everywhere in the room 😉. Maybe you should be paying your guests €40 instead.

Excellent B&B à deux pas du grand Naviglio.

Très beau B&B à deux pas du tram 14 et du grand Naviglio. La chambre (green) que nous avions était très jolie, et l'établissement est très bien tenu, avec une salle de petit-déjeuner très agréable et vue sur la cuisine, où l'hôte (très sympa) prépare d'excellentes omelettes ! Le petit déjeuner est par ailleurs très bon et copieux. Je recommande sans hésiter ce B&B de très bonne qualité !

The place is nice and the management was very kind and very helpful. It is a little hard to find since it is hidden by the buildings around. If you don't know Italian like us it is hard to understand what to do when you are in front of the close gate. Please translate the instruction. Overall we enjoyed staying there.

Super accueil, B&B très propre, très bien placé à quelques minutes du Tram qui vous emmène Piazza del Duomo. Nous avions la chambre INDIA décorée avec goût, literie confortable, jolie salle de bains. Camere molto pulite e curate. Zona silenziosa. Vicino ai bus ma a 15' a piedi dalla metro. Positivo però il parcheggio gratuito nel cortile interno. Purtroppo però, per un'incomprensione tra l'operator e il gestore, quest'ultimo ha messo in discussione con modi non tanto garbati il diritto a fruire della colazione, che risultava invece regolarmente prenotata. Poi la cosa si è risolta, ma abbiamo trovato fuori luogo le rimostranze nei nostri confronti. Sarebbe stato meglio risolvere solo con l'operator senza coinvolgere il cliente: di cattivo gusto. Rilevante invece la cortesia e disponibilità della madre del gestore.

Accueil très sympathique dans un hôtel très propre

Bien que situé au fond d'une impasse et entouré de grands immeuble, ce B&B vaut le détour: l'accueil était très sympathique, le gérant est très disponible et prévenant, la chambre très propre.Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, copieux ( on vous prépare une omelette à la demande). Le B&B se trouve à environ 400m d'un arrêt de tram (ligne14) qui vous mène au centre ville (arrêt DUOMO). Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'immense gentillesse de la maman du gérant qui nous avait préparé le petit déjeuner le jour de l'an. Merci !!! Je ne peux que recommander ce B&B!
