There are 3 Bedrooms (two with queen beds and one with two single beds) and each has a ceiling fan. Beautiful kitchen with quality appliances and generous pantry. There are 2 living areas and one open dining living off the kitchen. Reverse cycle heating and cooling. Extra large double carport off the rear lane.
Oversized bath with wet room style bathroom..
Very comfortable 3 seater Chaise in front living area and two two seater couches in back living area - plus a separate reclining chair.
Beds are all from Bev Marks.
Nice outdoor area and outdoor table setting.
Walking distace to arts centre, lawn tennis club, Langtree mall shopping and restaurant street.
