Excellent customer sevice

Service was excellent. Staff went above and beyond to assist and were friendly and obliging. While overall the place is a little old and could do with an update, the beds and pillows were really comfy, the rooms clean and the over all experience was positive.

Clean cheap and well run

Room was large and clean. Big jetted Spa in room worked well. Outdoor forest at door looked un kept but in the end that was it's charm.

We stayed in room 66 and from just opening the door there were stains on the carpet, the only good thing was the size. It was upstairs so you had to walk a narrow walkway outside which didn't feel safe. The bed was like a wooden board, so uncomfortable and you could feel the springs. There was a high step to get in the shower which also didn't feel safe. I think the photos must have been from a different executive apartment. We paid for 3 nights and could only stay one due to the condition of the room, ended up staying somewhere else, should have got my money back.

Welcoming, friendly, clean and quiet,

Made an overnight stop on a long trip. Welcoming friendly staff and a warm clean room. I did not have the time to avail myself of the dining room or other facilities but would consider it a a base for a longer stay in the region.

Disappointed with the Resort. Photos on website don’t reflect the state of the facility. Very run down and needs a refurbishment. Issues with TV in our room, noisy, musty smell in room and stains on bedding. Cleaning staff very friendly. We won’t be back.
