Come on in and kick up your feet after a hard day's work or enjoying Eastern Montana's beauty. You will surely enjoy this newly remodeled space in a quiet building with long-term tenants. Everyone in this building is quiet and respectful. There are a few elderly tenants; please be considerate upon entering and exiting the building to maintain a tranquil environment for all.
There is a full bed and a queen bed and a sofa pull out sleeper. Extra bedding is in the hall closet.
You have access to the entire unit and there is a coin-operated washer and dryer on the lower level.
I live and work within 2.5 miles of the unit. If you need anything, you can certainly reach out to me via Airbnb or find my phone number in the listing once you book.
We own and rent multiple Airbnb's in town. If you need additional housing, please let me know! I would be happy to help.
This apartment is just across the street from Lincoln school and is one block from Custer County High School. You can easily walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping downtown. Enjoy the close proximity to the best of what Miles City has to offer!
You are sure to enjoy this South side location! This property has ample street parking and also has a two stall parking area in the rear of the building. You can easily walk to downtown and many local destination spots. Holy Rosary Healthcare is a four minute drive from this property.
This unit is located on the upper level and there are 1.5 flights of stairs to access it. If you are comfortable with stairs, you will enjoy the peace and quiet of this unit with no upstairs neighbors and the birds singing to be your morning alarm!
Please be respectful of neighbors and refrain from loud music/excessive noise between 10 pm and 8 am. We request shoes to be removed upon entry to the apartment. No pets are allowed due to the owner and other guests who frequently stay at this property who are sensitive to pet dander.
