Double Play Hilltop Cottage is a newly renovated comfortable 3BR/ 2 Bath house that sleeps 7 and is set on the hill overlooking Double Play Cabins - 5 minutes to Dreams Park and 10 minutes to Cooperstown and Baseball Hall of Fame. This is one of multiple houses and cabins on the property. Nestled among 12 acres of grassy fields and evergreen trees, the cabins and houses are ideal for guests who love the outdoors and serene nature.

Newly renovated cottage perfect for a large family or for friends to share. Double Play Hilltop Cottage has beautiful wood accents in the lofted living area and throughout 1,100 square feet of modern living space. The Master BR is large with a Queen size bed and has a TV and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has Queen and XL Twin beds. Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed and TV. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are in the alcove off the kitchen. The Cottage has central heating as well as window and wall air conditioning units for seasonal heating and cooling.

The Cottage's back deck has a gas grill and table with umbrella for outside dining. From there enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the southern Mohawk Valley hills and our lush landscape. Have fun on the large playing field, on the swings and at the basketball hoop, and fire pits shared by all guests at Double Play Cabins.

Your hosts are generally onsite in a separate dwelling on the property, and readily available to answer questions and assist you during your stay.
