Country Estate With Pickleball Court

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful country estate! Enjoy panoramic views of the beautiful mountains in Clinton County, Pennsylvania!
With a beautiful secluded patio, professional landscaping, endless yard to play games, you will be planning your next trip back before you leave. And did we mention the property backs a public golf course?! Two minutes off of I80 and approximately 30 minutes to Penn State University and Beaver Stadium, as well as 15 minutes from Lock Haven University.
The space
With 5 bedrooms and the capacity to sleep up to 16 guests, there is plenty of room for your entire group.
Two King bedrooms on the first floor and two queen bedrooms upstairs, each with their own en suite bathroom! Additionally, there is a bunk room connected to one of the bedrooms on the second floor.
Additionally, there are two sleep sofas and one sleeper chair.
The master bathroom has two vanities, shower, and a soaker tub with jets- making it feel like your own personal spa. It even has a bidet!
There is a library/play room complete with toys for the little ones in your group.
You will enjoy cooking your meals in the spacious, well stocked kitchen.
There is a cook stove with a griddle perfect for cooking breakfast for your group!
After a day of exploring everything this lovely home has to offer, gather around the large living room.
In the finished garage, you will find games such as corn hole and can jam you can set up inside or out!
There is a full pickleball court on the driveway for fun for all ages! Take your meals Al fresco and enjoy the beautiful back patio and country scenery.
This property backs up to Belles Springs golf course, which will be sure to appeal to the golfer in the group!
There truly is something for everyone’s enjoyment on this property, down to a playhouse for the littlest members of your group!

Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home. If evidence is found, you will be charged $250 for each day you booked.

Great for family retreats!

Beautiful location and property and home. Great place for a family vacation of all ages! Fun games of pickleball and backs up to a nice public golf course. Everything we needed to cook our own meals, including a fire pit for s’mores! Host very responsive to questions.

The access to the house was so easy and my family (with college age children) really enjoyed the pickle ball game. The wifi was perfect for game playing (one person brought their "switch" Mario Cart. So lots of fun and laughter. A wonderful place for a Thanksgiving gathering.

Expansive, well-kept farmhouse with mountain views and flanked by cornfields. Well laid-out interior with thoughtful furnishings. Everyone in our group of 16 covering three generations enjoyed the stay. Best choice for a countryside getaway for a large group of people.

Home was a little dated but everything functioned well. It was warm and cozy. Everyone had a fantastic time. There was absolutely no complaints from anyone. The one thing that had everyone upset was we had to leave!!!!

Luxury in rural central PA!

Wonderfully constructed property with great view of the area. Inside amenities reflects that of a high end residence. As we checked out, my wife accidentally left her phone. The owner was very helpful and supportive of mailing the phone back to us. Her actions alone warrants a five star rating!

Excellent!

Sarah was a great host. I took my work team here for a planning retreat. 5 of us were not crowded and we had an great time. Sarah left us a tray of whoopie pies to enjoy. The place is huge, unique and comfortable. Her husband replaced the dryer while I was there and I immensely enjoyed a conversation with him. Super nice people, and we even got to see their farming practices in action. Despite interacting with the owners in person, I found this not at all invasive. They were respectful and asked permission. I will 100% book this place again. Not just for the accommodations, but for the incredibly amazing hospitality.
