I loved everything about this hotel. It's right in town, you can walk to the Dipsea Trail. There's a fabulous breakfast spread (though they could use more vegan options) and there's also a wine evening event most nights.

Location was excellent. We walked everywhere. The hotel layout is a bit cut up with its stairs as the most efficient way to get to the room or breakfast. Otherwise a lovely property to stay in the heart of Mill Valley.

The building itself is a true relic, plus the setting is lovely and very convenient to downtown Mill Valley. Both the breakfast and evening happy hour are a real plus. Staff is wonderful!

Very easy check in process. Rooms have everything you need. Cheese and wine hour was a perfect addition to our stay. The front desk makes reservations to the local Italian restaurant, which was delicious. The continental breakfast had a large array of options! Beautiful hotel within the redwoods of Mill Valley!
