Located in the heart of Amish country, our guesthouse is a newly-renovated ranch house. Guests have the whole main floor to themselves. Our niece, Sheri, who is single, lives in the basement, which has a completely separate entrance on the lower level and at the other end of the house. She is also our cleaning lady, helps take care of the property, and is available should you need assistance with anything! We are located on State Rt 39, 5 minutes from Berlin with all its cool shops & dining, and 3 minutes from Walnut Creek which is known for Der Dutchman Restaurant, Rebecca's Bistro, Coblentz Chocolates, a cool antique store, and more! Bring your family and enjoy a home away from home! Relax in our spacious living room or sit around the fire on our patio out front!

Perfect spot for our weekend away!
This property is absolutely amazing!! Clean, cozy and perfect for us. If you love Berlin and Walnut Creek this house is in the perfect location. Elsie was so helpful and communication was so easy. Highly recommend.

We love it, home is pristine, everything you need available. Have stayed here twice and will again as relatives live in the area. Ideal location and easy to get to all the tourist attractions in Holmes and or Tuscarawas County.

A cute and cozy home away from home!
My girlfriends and I had the best weekend at Elsie’s Guesthouse! The house is probably one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at. The decor is beautiful. The kitchen is extremely spacious and we could all be in there helping cook without stepping on each other’s toes. The bathtub is oversized, great for a late night soak. The living room was so cute and so cozy and we enjoyed looking out the windows at the beautiful scenery and horse drawn carriages. It was the most perfect weekend and we will definitely be staying at the guesthouse again!
