All new updates and furnishings! This spacious, coastal-themed home in The Peninsula has no everything you need for a fun and relaxing getaway. We are conveniently located within biking distance to the pools, including the signature wave pool, full service spa, poolside Terrace Grille, gym/athletic center with 2 Peloton bikes, tennis/pickleball courts and the excellent clubhouse bar/restaurant.

Electric car charging in the garage, new stainless appliances, ping pong, beach chairs. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining friends or hosting family. The kitchen area is equipped with all the essentials to start and end your day; including brand new stainless steel appliances, pots/pans, coastal dishes, glasses, mugs and flatware, kids dishes, spices, Keurig coffee maker with K-cups, toaster/oven, and butler’s pantry with bar and stemware.

Upstairs you will find 3 well appointed and tastefully decorated bedrooms. Main bath has a large tiled shower w/ seat, separate toilet, his/her sinks and plenty of counter space. All upstairs bedrooms have either porch or patio access and and new ceiling fans installed.
There is a convenient upstairs laundry room with full size washer, dryer and utility sink.
The lower, garage/walk-in level is complete with the 4th generously sized queen bedroom. along with a privatefull bathroom, brick patio, game/roulette table, wet bar w/second living room, and 55inch smart TV.


***Guests must bring sheets, bath towels and beach towels unless opting in for a linen service to be arranged separately.

**Notes from Athletic Club to use the amenities***
**Daily or weekly passes to use the pools/fitness center/Athletic Club can be purchased at the Athletic Club front desk. **Renters and Unaccompanied Guests will not have access to the Athletic Club and Pools on Saturdays.
**Renters and Unaccompanied Guests are not allowed to access the Athletic Club before 10am, Sunday through Friday all year.

Great home-away-from home

The house was spacious with enough rooms for all three of our families, 10 people in all! We had space to dine together, watch movies and also room for the kids to play/adults to relax. The neighborhood was very scenic with trails for walking/biking. I’d stay again.

This was our second stay in this home and we got to stay for the week. The house has so much room and has everything you could need. Any issues or questions are always addressed quickly. Feels like our second home. Looking forward to book for Thanksgiving and maybe two weeks next summer.

Amazing trip!

We had a great time and stay at this beautiful home in July. It was my family and my sisters family that stayed and there was plenty of room for everyone with lots of balconies. The home was super clean and well stocked with everything you need. You just need to bring your bedding and towels as explained in the listing. That wasn’t an issue for us and there is a service to rent linens for others who need that. The Pennisula community is top notch with extensive amenities which we really enjoyed. The club house restaurant food is amazing! We are there twice and everyone in our party loved it. The atmosphere is nice there too as we enjoyed some pool table time in the lodge area. This home has a ping pong table which was a big hit with us. The beaches are not that far away but account for beach traffic going in or out of the area. We went into the historic town of Lewes for dinner which is so quaint with great food. Communication with the owner was very quick and met all of our needs. Overall this is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at and will book again!

Perfect Family Trip

I can't say enough good things about the house and the owner. This was perfect for our family ranging from 2 to 70 years of age. The community is awesome and the house was incredibly accommodating. Excellent Thanksgiving

I can not say enough how much we loved our Thanksgiving stay in this property. It was one of the best places we have stayed in the Peninsula. The property had every thing we could have asked for and needed. Loved the Pin Pong table that kept my son and niece entertained. Looking forward to renting in the summer.

Family Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice and as advertised. Loved relaxing on the screened in porches. The townhouse was located in a quiet block with friendly neighbors. The resort provided a lot of options even for a picky teenager with 3 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, gym, and all of the other amenities. The whole family had a great vacation.
